Gravity with Gravitas

In Pellizco Central, the water committee is learning to use tablets to communicate with their municipal government, to track water usage in their community, and to continue their water advocacy efforts. It is indeed an encouraging sight to see. But my eye is also on the water tank that now towers above the well site. Newly drilled the last time we were here with the brigade team that funded the project, the well has now been supplemented with a water tank and a gravity-fed distribution system — just one of the initiatives funded by last year’s Development Dinner proceeds, by you!
